Terms of Service — PadelPass

These Terms describe how clubs and players may use PadelPass to create wallet passes, manage loyalty programs, and improve booking retention.

1. Overview

PadelPass provides a digital platform for padel clubs to:

  • Create branded wallet passes
  • Manage loyalty programs
  • Send notifications and offers
  • Improve booking retention and engagement

2. Eligibility

To use PadelPass:

  • Clubs must be legally registered businesses
  • Players must have permission from the participating club to join

3. Club Responsibilities

Clubs agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Manage loyalty rules responsibly
  • Ensure compliance with local laws regarding marketing and data use
  • Only send relevant and non-spam communications

4. Player Experience

Players:

  • Join via QR code scanning
  • Receive a digital pass added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
  • Earn points per booking (if enabled by club)
  • May redeem rewards (if enabled by club)

5. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

  • Misuse the platform or attempt to hack systems
  • Use fake bookings to gain rewards
  • Send unlawful or abusive content through notifications
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

6. Payments

PadelPass may offer paid services to clubs (subscriptions, feature tiers, etc.). Pricing is defined separately in commercial agreements.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of Liability

PadelPass is not responsible for:

  • Lost bookings or revenue
  • Club operational decisions
  • Third-party service failures (Apple, Google, messaging providers)

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraud or abuse is detected
  • Required by law

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, unless otherwise agreed in a commercial contract.
